What Type of Consultations Do We Offer?
In general, all applicants who have correctly and fully completed our Application Formr are entitled — after our mandatory callback — to a 15-minute complimentary online consultation upon request. Any additional or specialized consultations are subject to a fee.
Who Will Advise You?
That depends on your situation and inquiry. If your request concerns our Reverse Merger investment opportunities or Reverse Merger financing, you will be personally advised by us. If you require professional assistance — for example, from attorneys, tax consultants, or other specialists — the consultation will be conducted by one of our qualified cooperation partners in your respective country. - Billing: Each consultation is billed for a minimum of 30 minutes, corresponding to € 137.50, respectively US$ 162.50 for standard consultations.
- Payment: Advance payment only, following confirmation of your consultation appointment, payable online.
- Billing: ach consultation is billed for a minimum of 30 minutes, resulting in a minimum fee of €137.50, respectively US$ 162,50 for standard consultations.

What Type of Business Plans Are Required?
For the execution of a Reverse Merger, we require comprehensive and detailed business plans, typically in English. For DACH-region projects (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), this means plans must be prepared bilingually — in both German and English.
What Can We Do for You?
If you already have a business plan for your expansion project or startup, we will review it for suitability in relation to the specific requirements of a Reverse Merger. Please note: each Reverse Merger involves different shell providers and investors, each with individual information requirements. Therefore, standard business plans often need to be adapted to meet these expectations. We can handle this entire process for you — including the creation of a fully customized business plan, complete with market research, graphics, and statistics. Alternatively, we can adjust and optimize your existing business plan as needed. Naturally, we also provide professional translations, such as into English or other required languages.
Process
If you are executing a Reverse Merger financing through us (under contractual engagement), you must provide a comprehensive and professionally structured business plan. You can find a Sample Template on our website, suitable for review and adaptation to meet our requirements. If further adjustments are necessary, we will handle them for you. Only once your business plan meets all formal and economic standards can we responsibly present it to our investors as part of the bridge financing process for your Reverse Merger.
